I have started noticing differences in this whole hair thing:
it takes lots less shampoo and conditioner
If I put a sweatshirt on I realize that it has become a habit to reach my hands back and flip my hair out of the shirt- but now I laugh each time.
Some people notice, others don't - sometimes I don't even remember so I don't blame them either!
